Proprio in quest’ultimo espone il percorso che anche uno studio legale può intraprendere per sviluppare il business nonostante i tempi di crisi .

Quali sono le azioni da intraprendere per un cambiamento organizzativo e culturale di successo ed evitare errori critici che potrebbero avere un effetto disastroso?

1) Stabilire un senso di urgenza

- analizzare il mercato e le realtà competitive vincenti;
- identificare e discutere crisi reali e potenziali o opportunità importanti.

Spesso si aspetta che accada il peggio prima di prendere atto del fatto che qualcosa non va: il crollo dei ricavi, la fuga di un cliente “chiave”, la drastica diminuzione delle pratiche. Di fronte ad una situazione nuova e negativa, può succedere che i partner sottovalutino la situazione oppure vengano presi dal panico. In questa situazione il morale che scende e la fiducia nella formula dello studio tende a diminuire. Dopo i primi traguardi raggiunti, celebrare una vittoria va bene, ma bisogna evitare di considerare vinta la guerra e di congedare il team del cambiamento. E’ problematico convincere il team a riunirsi di nuovo per affrontare nuove sfide, quando si era convinto che la soluzione dei problemi dello studio era stata trovata.

Si pone perciò la necessità di un ricambio di alcuni elementi del team per affrontare le nuove sfide del cambiamento.


8) Istituzionalizzare i nuovi approcci

- descrivere i collegamenti tra i nuovi comportamenti ed il successo della strategia;
- sviluppare i mezzi to ensure the growth and turnover in leadership.

Entrato in vigore dal 7 settembre 2010 il provvedimento che modifica e integra i contenuti della tessera di riconoscimento per gli addetti nei cantieri.

È stata pubblicata (G.U. n. 196 del 23 agosto 2010) la Legge n. 136/2010: "Piano straordinario contro le mafie, nonché delega al Governo in materia di normativa antimafia"che prevede all’articolo 5, rubricato: “Identificazione degli addetti nei cantieri” che la tessera di riconoscimento, prevista dall’art. 18, comma 1, lettera u) del D.Lgs. 81/08 dovrà contenere anche la data di assunzione e, in caso di subappalto, la relativa autorizzazione.

Per quanto attiene i lavoratori autonomi , la tessera di riconoscimento deve contenere anche l’indicazione del committente. La ratio della norma, che modifica quindi gli artt. 18 e 21 del TU è quella di individuare all’interno del cantiere i lavoratori autonomi e quelli che operano in subappalto, rilevare immediatamente gli estremi del subappalto e, complessivamente migliorare la sicurezza nel cantiere rendendo più stringente la lotta al lavoro sommerso.

"Art 5. (Identification of employees on site): 1. 5 - L’autorizzazione al subappalto (quindi, negli appalti diretti, questo elemento non sarà presente. Anche questo è un nuovo dato).

La tessera dei lavoratori autonomi , invece, conterrà quindi i seguenti dati:
1 - Fotografia del lavoratore autonomo;
2 - Generalità del lavoratore autonomo;

Mentre la Community dei professionisti della sicurezza e della qualità ed i Soci UNIQUALITY di tutt’Italia si preparano a convergere a Roma per il Congresso UNIQUALITY e per la tre giorni di convegni, congressi e work shop di fine Maggio, arriva la conferma della partecipazione del Governo all’evento del 2010 in materia di Sicurezza e Qualità.

L’evento dell’anno in materia di Sicurezza e Qualità avrà quest’anno due splendide e prestigiose location, si conferma infatti l’ospitalità di Marco Polo S.p.A., la joint venture di ACEA, AMA e Ente EUR, presso lo spettacolare Centro Congressi “ la Fornace “, dove si terranno i convegni previsti nelle prime due giornate, mentre “il CAMPUS“ la terza giornata fatta di corsi di formazione e Work Shop, quest’anno si svolgerà presso l’Università di Roma TOR VERGATA , presso la facoltà di Ingegneria , in via del Politecnico 1.
