APPLICATION

In the past, the management control of BEP based its analysis primarily on spreadsheets, with a lot of time for collecting and processing information, sometimes fragmented or incomplete, from 5 locations and different accounting systems. The analysis of profitability, were very expensive and often leads to inaccurate conclusions, which required a high effort to achieve the desired level of detail.

Implementing a BI system has allowed the integration of information from different systems BEP: accounting systems (other than in the three countries), order management system, the parcel and the active cycle (the same for all sites); data management systems relativi al personale gestiti in outsourcing. Concretamente il sistema di BI consente di gestire, mediante un cruscotto custom: il bilancio consolidato riclassificato con drill down al dettaglio contabile; la contabilità analitica/centri di cost, budgets / forecasts, the costs of employees.

The integration of new application with management systems, has made it possible to perform complex computations not possible previously because of the onerous process of gathering and analyzing data. time previously used for the procurement and construction of the database can now be used to carry out activities with higher added value. Through detailed reporting and analysis, management has visibility of all cost items, with data updated in real time which makes it possible to locate the sources of expenditure and more responsibility for the partners of the firm's policies toward cost containment. Finally, the accounting analysis is more precise and help to improve the planning of financial flows.
