I materials and objects for food contact (MOCA ) comprise a large family of products, is therefore not limitata al solo ambito del "packaging", che tuttavia ne costituisce la famiglia principale.

Si ricorda agli Auditor del settore  EA 07 , 14,15,17,18,29a ,  che sono MOCA :
- i casalinghi (spesso oggi importati e l'importatore risponde ai fini dei requisiti di salute e sicurezza come produttore);

- le attrezzature di processo per l'industria alimentare (che non potrebbero essere marcate CE which do not meet the hygiene requirements prescribed in "food machinery" of the Machinery Directive, which requires, inter alia, suitability for food contact materials with which they are realized-you);

- the vending machines for hot drinks (coffee, tea, etc.).
- the disposable products for cooking and wrap.

You will recall that the Auditor used to assess the organizations involved in the areas mentioned above, must have specific skills and techniques laws relating to MOCA.
